The service was amazing. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with a big kingsize bed and plenty of sunlight. the atmosphere was quiet. the location is unbeatable as it is close to a train station.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist responded quickly to my requests and made me feel welcomed. Secondly, the room itself was spacious and well-equipped. The big king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Lastly, the breakfast was outstanding. They offered a wide variety of dishes, including local specialties and vegetarian options. I particularly enjoyed the herbal drink, which added a unique touch to the meal.

The hotel's attention to detail was impressive, but it would be even better if they could improve the cleanliness of the pathways leading to the basement.

The breakfast at Hotel Santika Premiere was absolutely amazing. They offered a wide variety of dishes, including traditional Javanese food, Indonesian cuisine, Chinese dishes, and even Western pastries. The quality and taste of the food were outstanding. the breakfast experience was excellent.

Although the room and hallway appeared dated and worn, it didn't affect my overall experience as the lobby was beautifully designed. However, the room did have a lingering smell, likely from its previous use as a smoking room.

One of the highlights of my stay at this hotel was the excellent service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist with anything I needed. The reception team made the check-in process smooth and efficient, ensuring I could settle into my room quickly after a long journey.
